Football Off Season Training

Athletes will meet every Wednesday starting January 17th through April from 6-7:30 PM at the Goodwin Facility @ 39 Main Street, Scottsville, NY to participate in activities designed to build speed, strength and athleticism, while also working on some football specific drills.  These sessions will be led by our Jr Saints coaching staff.
