Parent Commitments

Volunteering Time for Concession Stand & Other Duties: All families are required to communicate with team parents and members of the Board to volunteer their time for our concession stand and other duties as it pertains to hosting and supporting games.

Fundraising: All families are required to support our large fundraising event, the 2025 Golf Tournament! There are many different ways to support this event: organizing a team to golf in the tournament, being a part of an established team to golf, supporting gift baskets to raffle off during the day, volunteering time to set up or take down, collecting donations for the organization, etc.

Team Parent (Optional):  Being a team parent is a volunteer position and is crucial to the success of the team. They are responsible for the communications on the team, including from the coaching staff to the parents and athletes. They support fundraising efforts, team bonding events, and any other duties as discussed with the coaching staff.

Time: Practices, games, and other events support making the organization strong, successful and a place where athletes want to be! We thank parents and guardians for their unwavering support through donating their time to be at such events.

Athlete Commitments

Athletes in the Churchville-Chili Junior Saints organization must demonstrate dedication, teamwork, and sportsmanship both on and off the field. Commitment to attending practices, games, and team events is essential, as consistent participation fosters skill development and camaraderie. Players and cheerleaders are expected to uphold a positive attitude, show respect to coaches, teammates, and opponents, and embody the league’s core values of discipline, perseverance, and integrity. As representatives of the Junior Saints, athletes should lead by example, displaying enthusiasm, determination, and a team-first mentality in every aspect of their participation.
